Description
Marketing Automation Specialist accompagne les entreprises dans la digitalisation, l’automatisation et l’optimisation de leur marketing et de leur processus commercial. J’interviens sur l’ensemble de la chaîne de valeur, depuis la définition de la stratégie jusqu’à l’implémentation opérationnelle et le suivi des performances. Mon périmètre d’intervention : • Workshops stratégiques pour définir l’ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) et les personas • Analyse du processus commercial pour identifier les frictions, digitaliser les étapes clés et construire des parcours fluides • Élaboration du Customer Journey, mapping des points de contact et des contenus à créer • Définition de la stratégie de contenu alignée sur les étapes de conversion • Sélection de l’outil marketing automation adapté (MAS est le partenaire officiel de Leadfox et ses ressources sont certifiés Hubspot) • Implémentation complète : tunnels marketing et sales, workflows, scénarios d’automatisation • Formation et coaching des équipes pour assurer la prise en main et l’autonomie interne • Suivi de la performance via le CRM choisi : dashboards, reporting, optimisation continue • Amélioration des conversions via l’analyse des données et l’ajustement des campagnes Mon rôle est de vous aider à structurer un système marketing et commercial cohérent, mesurable et scalable. Ma mission est de créer des systèmes marketing automatisés rentables qui travaillent en continu, même quand vous ne travaillez pas.
