What was the objective behind your collaboration?Eén centrale database waarin de gegevens en specificaties van alle marketing- en communicatiemiddelen zijn opgeslagen. Een systeem dat bijdraagt aan een uniforme werkwijze en een beter (her)gebruik van marketing- en communicatiemiddelen waarborgt. In deze database is alle informatie terug te vinden over wanneer en aan wie welke communicatie-uitingen zijn gestuurd. Ook in het kader van de eisen die de Wet financieel toezicht stelt.

What did you enjoy the most during your collaboration?Paragon is als leverancier van het onderliggende systeem nauw betrokken bij de ontwikkelingen.

What was the objective behind your collaboration?LMP-online leidt je eigenlijk vanzelf door de verschillende schermen. Dat is erg belangrijk, want onze gebruikers zijn een zeer gemêleerd gezelschap: van verkopers bij kleine dealers tot marketingspecialisten bij holdings van de grotere dealerbedrijven. Dealerbedrijven kunnen tot op zekere hoogte hun advertenties zelf vormgeven. Ook budgetten en een actueel overzicht van doorbelaste kosten zijn toegevoegd. Dat geeft de dealers voortdurend inzicht in de stand van zaken.

What did you enjoy the most during your collaboration?Het aflopende contract met een andere leverancier was voor ons het moment om ons opnieuw te oriënteren. Paragon is daarbij verreweg als beste uit de bus gekomen. Andere systemen waren vaak duurder en hadden in elk geval minder mogelijkheden. Het systeem is zo gebouwd, dat extra elementen relatief eenvoudig zijn toe te voegen.

Are there any areas for improvements?Het is de kunst geweest de balans te vinden tussen de behoeften van de importeur en de dealerbedrijven. Gezien het gebruik van LMP-online en de tevredenheid aan beide zijden kunnen we gerust stellen dat we in onze opzet zijn geslaagd.
