StoryWir sind Merten Media, 2020 in Köln gestartet, weil wir glauben, dass Wirtschaft mehr dem Gemeinwohl dienen kann. Die Corona-Jahre haben uns gezeigt, wie fragil globalisierte Systeme sind – und wie viel Stärke in regionalem Handel und lokaler Reparaturkultur steckt. Aus Gesprächen mit Händler:innen, Initiativen und Nachbar:innen entstand unser Fokus auf Klimagerechtigkeit, Postwachstum und das Cradle-to-Cradle-Prinzip. Wir setzen uns dafür ein, Praktiken sichtbar zu machen, die Ressourcen schonen und Gemeinschaften stärken. Manchmal reicht ein Impuls, um ein Reparaturnetzwerk oder einen nachhaltigen Lieferweg zu denken; oft bedeutet Veränderung geduldige Vernetzung. Wir bleiben dran: konkret, regional verankert und dem Ziel verpflichtet, wirtschaftliche Regeln im Sinne des Gemeinwohls zu verändern.
