I'm Melissa, a creative professional photographer with over 15 years experience. Based in Birmingham, I regularly work with small and large businesses throughout the UK, helping them bring their brands to life with fresh, high quality product photography. MOakley Studios was founded in 2019, but before that I worked as a family portrait photographer for 5 years and later moved onto product photography as an in house lead photographer for a Television studio in Worcestershire. Being a photographer, for me, is more than just taking a picture. It is understanding the requirements of the client, visualising what they are imagining and taking on the challenge of creating just that. Running a business is hard, finding the time to juggle all those different hats and never ending up with the results you were striving for is frustrating. That is where I come in - visual identity is a huge part of what makes your business stand out and I can help you accomplish that! I am passionate about creating images that tell your story!
