StoryWe are Mobile Function, founded in 2011 in Villingen‑Schwenningen in the Black Forest. From the start we tackled a simple but persistent challenge: business processes stuck on paper or split across systems. To fix that we built ENGINE4, our own software platform that lets teams configure processes on smartphones and tablets — truly without media breaks. Early iterations were shaped by real users: we learned that adaptability and clarity matter more than bells and whistles.
