We are MOTOR. A creative agency from the heart of Berlin. And MOTOR does, what a motor does: MOTOR moves. Brands and opinions. Trolleys and carts. Heads, hearts and the corners of mouths. We learned our craft for over ten years in some of the best(-known) creative agencies of Germany, like "Heimat", "Jung von Matt" or "Grabarz & Partner". We believe, that powerful communication is driven by ideas. Ideas that are creative plus strategically right. Ideas that are thoughtfully plus executed well. Ideas that work – no matter if they are analogously or digitally. We prefer to think of everything instead of wanting to do everything ourselves. We call that "Full thinking instead of full service." And because we are not allrounders (we are "idea-specialists"), we like to collaborate with other disciplines and specialists – whether on customer side or from our partner network.
