By entrepreneurs for entrepreneurs The idea behind ND-Marketing arose more or less by chance after a series of our own initial projects. While he repeatedly had to rely on the services of external agencies for the best possible implementation of said ventures, David Nimke quickly noticed several negative points that could clearly have been improved. For this reason, he gradually began to assemble a team of reliable specialists who were able to personally take this worry off his hands for the time being. In cooperation with Carlo Enke, who proved to be an equally gifted and capable project manager, David eventually succeeded in launching a variety of successful companies that today often achieve top rankings in Google searches. These economic successes did not go unnoticed for long, and solely through word-of-mouth, there were repeated inquiries from friends, acquaintances, former business partners, and even large companies (see homepage) who had heard about our marketing know-how and were now seeking our help. At this point, David and Carlo realized that there was no reason to withhold our knowledge acquired through practical experience or technical expertise from other market participants. We knew the problems with many other agencies and knew we could do better. Corporate Culture & Customer Relationship Within the company, there is a consistently familial relationship, which is reflected both in our interaction with each other and in our collaboration with clients. For example, important decisions are always made within the team and never solely by the boss or individual team members. Proximity to the customer plays a special role for us, which is why we do not focus on processing a multitude of orders simultaneously. Instead, we leverage the advantage of a relatively small team to tackle individual projects with full concentration and the necessary attention. For this reason, we can confidently say that we give the projects of our clients the same unconditional dedication as our own ventures.
