StoryWir sind Nicmatec, ein Team aus Leidenschaft für agile Arbeitsweisen. Seit unserer Gründung 2021 in Düsseldorf begleiten wir Projekte, bei denen Softwareentwicklung und Produktverantwortung Hand in Hand gehen. In den ersten Monaten lernten wir, wie wichtig klare Ownership und kurze Feedback-Schleifen sind: oft war es ein Whiteboard und viele Diskussionen, bis die richtige Struktur stand. Herausforderungen wie abteilungsübergreifende Abstimmung und die Einführung von DevOps-Praktiken haben uns geformt – wir haben Prozesse verfeinert, Rollen geschärft und die Rolle des Scrum Masters als Katalysator für Veränderung gestärkt. Unser Antrieb ist simpel: nachhaltige Produkte liefern, die echten Nutzen stiften und Teams befähigen, Verantwortung zu übernehmen.
