What was the objective behind your collaboration?The agency made us a new digital media strategy, and I could say risen us from the ashes, throught modern digital visibility (SEO, AEO & GEO) they have made us seen! Our industry is not so digital, but we are now, thanks to Digitron!

What did you enjoy the most during your collaboration?When working with the agency, I value their professionalism, responsivness, flexibility, and creativity above all. And while it might sound unusual alongside professionalism, it feels like we are a part of one family, not like we're working with an outside agency.

Are there any areas for improvements?Honestly, nothing specific comes to my mind. We are learning and emproving every day.

What was the objective behind your collaboration?We are a video production company and we have been working with Not So Basic Media as a partner. They handle the strategy, websites and social media, and we produce the video content. Our goal was a long-term partner we can rely on, so that every project ends up as one consistent result for the client.

What did you enjoy the most during your collaboration?Clear briefs and good organization. We always know what the client needs, which shots matter most and where the content will be used, so there is no guesswork on set. Communication is fast and direct, feedback arrives on time and deadlines are realistic. They also understand video, so our footage is used properly on websites and social media instead of just being uploaded.

Are there any areas for improvements?Not much to add. Some projects come with tight deadlines from the client side, but the team plans them well and keeps us informed throughout.
