Ongoing project for English Lakes Hotels, Resorts & Venues in the Travel & Leisure industry for a B2C audience since 2017.English Lakes Hotels (ELH) had a Google Ads Account in place when they first approached novi.digital to manage their campaigns, however, it had extremely poor performance. Novi were contracted to fix their campaigns with the KPI of achieving a 15% cost-of-sale, with the primary aim of creating a revenue channel that exceeded that of Booking.com in terms of booking, cost-per-booking and transaction value. The goal was, “obtain sales for less than the 15% that commission that we pay to booking.com”.
