StoryWir sind Nowwork, die Werkstatt für kooperative Organisationen in Stuttgart. Seit unserer Gründung 2020 begleiten wir Gruppen und Unternehmen auf dem Weg zu mehr Zusammenarbeit. In unserer Werkstatt bieten wir verschiedene Formate und Begleitungen an, die euch darin unterstützen, Beziehungen zu stärken und Räume für Entwicklung zu öffnen. Unsere Motivation ist einfach: Die Welt braucht gemeinsame Lösungen. Deshalb treiben wir das pragmatische Losgehen voran — wir freuen uns besonders über die Momente, in denen Teams ihre Energien bündeln, ins Handeln kommen und sichtbar weiterkommen. Herausforderungen sehen wir als Einladung zum Lernen; wir geben Orientierung, schaffen Struktur und stehen als sparringspartner nah am Prozess.
