What was the objective behind your collaboration?Unsere Prozesse waren analog und benötigten viel Zeit. Dazu war das Stresslevel durch die Anrufe sehr hoch. Wir benötigten eine Lösung, die den ganzen Prozess vereinfacht.

What did you enjoy the most during your collaboration?orcas hat sich den alten Prozess angeschaut und alle Schritte hinterfragt. Sie haben Vorschläge gemacht, wie man das besser machen könnte. Wir hatten das Gefühl, dass unser Prozess verbessert wirtd und nicht, dass wir uns an einen bestehenden Prozess anpassen mussten. Dadurch ist ein Produkt entstanden was wirklich alle unsere Mitarbeiter mitnimmt. Ohne geht nicht mehr.
