Origami Consulting Group S.A.S. is a boutique strategy consulting firm based in Quito, Ecuador. We work with mid-sized and large companies that already have a product and revenue, but whose commercial growth depends on referrals, personal relationships or the effort of one individual. We design and execute the structure that makes that growth predictable. Unlike a marketing agency, which generates demand, or a large consultancy, whose core product is the diagnosis, we operate as a boutique: the partner who sells is the partner who executes, and our support runs through implementation.
