What was the objective behind your collaboration?The goals where to notify nurses of their expiration date, provide basic information on the process of and changes to recertification, and encourage nurses to contact our organization for additional information or to have questions answered. These goals had to be met in a way that enhanced our current level of customer service.

What did you enjoy the most during your collaboration?PageTraffic has acted as a partner, not a vendor, from the very beginning of this project. Many people don't even realize they are being called by someone outside our organization. PageTraffic is as invested in providing superior customer service, to our company and those they call, as we are. Everyone at PageTraffic, from the CEO on down, has been extremely responsive to requests and questions, even setting up a conference call to be sure all my questions were answered and concerns addressed.

What was the objective behind your collaboration?We hired PageTraffic for their digital marketing and SEO services. We had a good amount of products and wanted to have better exposure to our target audience while improving our SEO.

What did you enjoy the most during your collaboration?Our SEO performance has grown exponentially — it’s uncommon to have exponential growth in such a campaign. To make things truly simple, PageTraffic simply cares about us. They care about our business, success, and growth. The team cares about every little detail. They’ve always been there for us if needed to answer questions and make any type of adjustments to make sure we’re on the same page. This kind of partnership is rare nowadays.

What was the objective behind your collaboration?The goal was to raise a product's brand awareness in various social media platforms.

What did you enjoy the most during your collaboration?The company has an easy communicating style but stays professional and extremely polite. Also, people I've cooperated with, were extremely attentive to details. We discussed pressing points in advance so our expectations could coincide. Their approach to fulfilling the task was serious and dynamic.

Are there any areas for improvements?So far, I've been completely satisfied with PageTraffic's professionalism and responsive approach.
