PandaCodeGen designs and builds custom business websites, online stores and software. We work with owners and marketing teams launching a first site, improving an existing one or connecting the systems behind their business. You work directly with co-founders Hassan Jamal and Imran Raza Ladhani. Custom website prices, with scope and fixed price agreed in writing before work starts: Starter, from US$1,500: up to 7 pages, with a content editor for your words, images and business details. Set up, documented, and we train you on it. Growth, from US$3,500: 8 to 20 pages, a content model built around your own collections, full migration with a redirect map. Scale, from US$5,000: more than 20 pages, a large catalogue, subscriptions or custom commerce logic, or more than one language. Custom software, CRMs, dashboards and integrations are quoted for the work required. Optional monthly AI SEO services start at US$500. Starter builds include 15 calendar days of free post-launch support, and larger projects include 30. Bugs in work we delivered are fixed at no charge, even after that. You receive the code, design files, documentation and control of the production accounts. On a maintenance or SEO package, hosting on our Vercel account is included if you want it; otherwise the site runs on hosting in your own name. We build with Next.js and use Sanity where the project needs it. We aim for 90+ Lighthouse scores at handover on the pages named in the scope, checked across three runs. Search rankings, AI citations and sales are outcomes we measure, not guarantees. Hassan and the PandaCodeGen team delivered exactly what they promised. Our site went from a 40 PageSpeed score to a perfect 100, and load time dropped from 3+ seconds to under 1 second. Communication from Hassan was excellent throughout the project, response time was always under an hour, and they did not charge for revisions. Best investment we made for our e-commerce store.
