What was the objective behind your collaboration?We were preparing for an ISO 27001 certification audit and needed an independent partner to assess our readiness. The objective was to get a clear view of where we stood, identify potential gaps, and go into the certification process with confidence.

What did you enjoy the most during your collaboration?What really stood out was the clarity of the audit process. No jargon, no unnecessary complexity — everything was explained in a straightforward and practical way. It didn’t feel like a “checkbox audit”, but something genuinely useful for us.

Are there any areas for improvements?Honestly, nothing major. The approach is already very clear and pragmatic. If anything, maybe even more time could be spent discussing the findings in depth.
