StoryWij zijn Probam, sinds 1974 gevestigd in Kapellen, en vanuit die praktijkgerichte basis begeleiden we met hart en ziel bouw- en vastgoedprojecten. We kwamen voort uit de behoefte om partijen helderheid en grip te geven in de denkfase en op de werf. In de loop der jaren hebben we ons gespecialiseerd in vastgoed- en bedrijfshuisvestingsadvies, project- en constructionmanagement en strakke werfcoördinatie. Dagelijks schakelen we tussen kostenbewaking, kwaliteitscontrole en advisering rond techniek, veiligheid en duurzaamheid. We vinden het belangrijk om complexiteit terug te brengen tot beslisbare stappen en duidelijke afspraken: zo voorkomen we vertragingen, beheersen we risico’s en zorgen we dat projecten van A tot Z gerealiseerd worden volgens afspraak.
