Senior product, by the piece. Product Pieces is a UK fractional product agency. It diagnoses a company's product function, names the piece that is missing, and plugs in senior product talent sized to the stage, rather than selling a team you then have to keep busy. Twelve Pieces cover CPO, PM, PO, Quality, Coaching, UX, Brand, Research, Data, GTM, Engineering and Fundraising. Every price is published before the conversation rather than after it. The twenty-minute Diagnostic is free. Founder sessions are £150 an hour, or £750 to £1,000 a month. Nine fixed-scope Set Pieces run from £3,500 to £18,000, each with one price and one delivery window. Ongoing fractional product leadership starts at £2,000 a month on a three-month minimum, with senior day rates of £950 to £2,000 and up to 40% of fees convertible to equity on qualifying engagements. Most of the work is for founders paying an outsourced team they cannot technically judge: an independent read on a development partner's quote before it is signed, a verdict on whether a build is actually on track, or simply someone sitting on the founder's side of the table while the plan changes.
