Although Promo Video produces all types of promotional and corporate video, our deepest experience is in conference video production. Filmmaker Ian Burke has been filming conferences, summits and corporate events across London and the UK since 2006 — two decades of multi-camera coverage for panels, keynotes, seminars, award ceremonies, trade shows and roundtable discussions. Conference video services include multi-camera live capture, speaker and panel filming, audience and reaction coverage, live streaming to YouTube, Facebook or private platforms, fast-turnaround highlight reels, individual speaker films for sharing and promotion, and full post-event documentary edits. The longest-running client is Pi Live, the largest performance marketing trade event in Europe — a continuous conference video relationship spanning 15 years across London and European venues. Other selected clients include the NHS, HM Treasury, Three Mobile, Lego, Aga Khan Centre, Engie, Event Academy, Speakers Corner and the Global Sourcing Association. Promo Video is filmmaker-led: Ian directs and operates primary camera on every project, bringing in a regular small team of camera operators, sound recordists and editors for larger multi-camera productions. One senior point of contact throughout, and an editor's eye that reliably finds the highlights in hours of conference footage. Beyond conference and event work, Promo Video also produces promotional films, brand and product videos, training content, documentary and music videos. Description We make many forms of promotional video but a lot of our experience is with conferences and corporate events. Every conference videography project at Promo Video is led by Ian Burke from first brief to final delivery — the person planning the shoot is the one operating the camera and overseeing the edit, so nothing is lost in handoffs between account managers and crew. Projects start with a straightforward conversation about what the conference video needs to achieve and who it's for, which shapes the multi-camera plan, the rig setup and the edit approach. On event days the priority is capturing the moments that matter without getting in the way — two decades of corporate event filming, conferences, panels, seminars and award ceremonies means knowing where the story is before it happens. In post, editing judgment is the real value: footage shaped into highlight reels and speaker films with pace and purpose, with rough cuts turned around quickly for PR and social teams on tight deadlines.
