We give e-government projects real momentum, because our mission is: to lead public administration into the digital future. Because we know the routes to the planet "Best digital service" like no other 🪐, we have become the number one in Germany for open-source solutions in e-government, and our successful journey continues. We live open source in our projects just as we do in our work culture. Around 350 #OpenSourceAstronauts are currently on board with us 👩‍🚀 👨‍🚀. They bring talent, experience, the desire to make a real difference, and an all-around agile mindset. What connects us all is the goal of making administration more digital and thus smarter. This is practical for all citizens, important for companies, and simply good for Germany. The many projects we have already successfully implemented show this. Our clients value our technical expertise as much as our consulting. We work with them long-term, trustfully, and constructively on an equal footing. We see every new project as a challenge that we tackle with full energy and with which we push into ever new worlds. Our course is set for growth, which is why we are looking for reinforcements for our crew. Anyone who wants to join us should have a clear focus on the target coordinates for a digital Germany and share our conviction that open source offers optimal opportunities to achieve this goal. To continue the success of our mission, we need your talent and experience, for example in the areas of software development, requirements engineering, and process design. Our home base is Düsseldorf, but we are also prominently represented with a modern workspace in Berlin and Málaga. However, our main place of work is the virtual space anyway. We offer you maximum freedom to develop your talents and achieve your goals.
