Seit mehr als 2 Jahrzehnten arbeitet unsere Kanzlei bereits mit der Kanzlei Software RA-MICRO. Das Programm kann nahezu alles was wichtig ist und die Anpassung auf technische Neuerungen erfolgt regelmäßig und zeitnah. Wichtig ist natürlich insbesondere der Umgang bei Problemen und technischen Fehlern. Zuletzt hat sich der Support fast immer innerhalb von wenigen Minuten zurückmeldet und die Probleme beseitigt. Auch die Erweiterung auf DictaNet war eine Bereicherung für unser ganzes Team und hat die Abläufe positiv verändert. Weiter so!
