Wir erinnern uns an die ersten Gespräche – nicht mit Präsentationen, sondern mit Fragen. Wir hörten zu, sammelten Beobachtungen und spürten schnell, dass echte Nachfrage nur entsteht, wenn wir die Perspektive der Zielgruppe verstehen.
