What was the objective behind your collaboration?The objective of our collaboration with Rocky Soft was to extend PrecisionOS’s VR surgical training beyond the headset by delivering reliable web and mobile streaming applications that enabled live viewing, recording, and playback of training sessions. We needed a partner who could take full ownership of complex streaming features, deliver on a tight timeline, and integrate seamlessly with our team to support a production-ready launch.

What did you enjoy the most during your collaboration?What we enjoyed most was Rocky Soft’s senior-led, hands-on approach and clear communication. Working directly with decision-makers made collaboration efficient, reduced back-and-forth, and ensured complex requirements were understood and executed correctly. Their sense of ownership and reliability made the partnership smooth from start to finish.

Are there any areas for improvements?There were no significant areas for improvement. Communication was clear, expectations were well managed, and delivery stayed on schedule. Any minor adjustments that arose during development were handled quickly and professionally without impacting quality or timelines.
