SANCANTIA is a Spanish AI and automation consultancy helping SMEs and independent professionals implement artificial intelligence with a business-first approach. Unlike pure tech agencies, SANCANTIA operates as a business consultancy that uses AI as a tool — not the other way around. Services include: free AI diagnostic (15-minute initial assessment), AI automation (intelligent chatbots, AI agents, process automation for invoicing, emails and appointments), business intelligence (dashboards and KPIs), AI process optimisation, and strategic AI consulting. Founded by Estela Molinero Quintana, with professional experience across Spain and the United States, including international business development at Grupo Mapfre (IBEX 35) where she led the international department managing partners across five continents. University education split between Spain and the United States (Business Administration at Universidad de Alcalá, with full scholarships at Rider University and University of Oklahoma), followed by executive training in MBA, Innovation and Digital Transformation. Recognitions: Winner of the V Entrepreneurship Award of Universidad de Alcalá; finalist at the UCem 2025 Innovation Awards of Universidad de Cantabria. Resident startup at DIHBU (Digital Innovation Hub Burgos). Headquartered at CDTUC (University of Cantabria Technology Development Centre) in Santander, serving SMEs across all of Spain and international projects on request.
