We were pleased with the work and service provided by Sand Studio from start to finish. Our website has received many compliments from both current clients and potential new leads. The team fully understood our needs, delivered within budget, and was always accommodating with minor design adjustments. We primarily worked with Bam, who was polite, responsive, and detail-oriented throughout the project. For her first time working directly with a client, we think she did very well. What was the objective behind your collaboration?To design a fintech application for non financial literates. In order to do that, we needed to understand deeply about user’s pain point, gains and behaviour. The agency helped me go through those necessary steps.

What did you enjoy the most during your collaboration?Empathy was required throughout the project. They were great at understanding the complex vision.

Are there any areas for improvements?The overview flow and tentative schedule of when and how to involve with stakeholders from the kickoff would be helpful. So we could know what to expect along the project and prepare accordingly.
