Als Team haben wir beobachtet, wie viele Initiativen an wachsender Komplexität scheitern — nicht weil die Ideen fehlen, sondern weil Menschen nicht befähigt werden, im Wandel zu handeln. Daraufhin haben wir unseren Ansatz radikal ausgerichtet: Wir beraten nicht, wir befähigen. Gemeinsam mit Teams und Führungskräften übersetzen wir Unsicherheit in handlungsfähige Praktiken und stärken die Transformationskompetenz innerhalb von Organisationen.
