Schumacher Solutions is a brand experience agency based in Munich, founded in 2008. We work where brands meet people in physical space: on the shop floor, in hotels and at live events. Retail visual merchandising is where we started and it is still our core. With a network of 200+ visual merchandisers, stylists and partners in 16+ countries, we run regular VM visits, store openings, pop-ups, windows and VM guidelines for brands like Puma, Mammut and Harley-Davidson. More than 500 retail projects since 2008. Since 2017 we style hotels. We start where interior designers stop: art, books, plants, cushions and décor, sourced locally and installed before opening day. 100+ hotel projects since then, for Marriott, Hilton and the Althoff Collection among others. We also produce brand events and product presentations, and train sales and dealer teams. A small core team in Munich and Berlin runs every project, so you have one contact from brief to handover. 6 people in their team

StoryFounded in 2008 by Thomas and Tina Schumacher near Munich. Since April 2026 the agency is run by the second generation, Kevin Schumacher and Luca Lina Wahler. Same retail roots, hotels since 2017. A core team in Munich and Berlin plus 200+ freelance VMs and stylists across Europe.
