What was the objective behind your collaboration?The goal was to improve my website’s search engine rankings, increase organic traffic, and generate more qualified leads. I hired SEO Guru Atlanta expecting a clear strategy and measurable results. Unfortunately, the execution didn’t align with the objectives — there was little transparency, weak communication, and no noticeable improvement in performance.

What did you enjoy the most during your collaboration?The only part I appreciated was the initial consultation, they seemed knowledgeable and offered promising ideas. The team was friendly and eager to help at the beginning. Unfortunately, that enthusiasm didn’t translate into effective SEO strategies or results, but I did enjoy the initial engagement before things went downhill.

Are there any areas for improvements?Absolutely. Project management needs serious improvement timelines weren’t met and updates were inconsistent. Communication was vague and often delayed. The quality of the software itself needs work; it was buggy and poorly structured. Clearer expectations, better follow-through, and accountability would go a long way in improving the overall service.

What was the objective behind your collaboration?We hired Seo Guru for paid search as well as to provide on-page SEO work on our new website. They also provide off-page SEO consultation to my marketing and admissions teams.

Of all the marketing agencies I have worked with in my 30 years of PR/marketing Seo Guru is more expert at its area of focus than any other firm I've worked with over my career.
