What was the objective behind your collaboration?Enorm kundige mensen die ons hebben geholpen met het rebranden van ons merk. Ze hebben een hele verfrissende kijk op wat een merk zou moeten zijn. Ben in Nederland nog geen agency tegengekomen die het op deze manier benadert. Smaac heeft voor ons de ontwikkeling van zowel de strategie als huisstijl verzorgd.

What did you enjoy the most during your collaboration?Het enthousiasme, kennis en oprechte interesse in zowel ons als de organisatie. Waar ik bij de meeste branding agencies direct een portfolio met ontwikkelde huisstijlen te zien kreeg, benaderde Alex het direct vanuit de strategie. Niet mooi ontwikkelde communicatie, maar de strategie daarachter vormt de basis voor een sterk purpose driven merk - en dat begrijpen ze bij Smaac heel erg goed. Ieder zichzelf respecterend merk gun ik een traject met Smaac ;)

What was the objective behind your collaboration?As a company, we had made the shift from being a store for highly exclusive furniture to interior designers who realize dreams at the highest level. With that in mind, we were looking for a partner capable of translating that positioning into a website that would tell our story, with UI and UX being key. In the first meeting with Alex de Winter from Smaac, there was no doubt in our minds.

What did you enjoy the most during your collaboration?When dealing with true aficionados who live and breathe their profession, exuding professionalism in everything they do, where a single word speaks volumes, and who involve you in every step of the process, those are the moments that bring a smile to your face. It is these aficionados who make your job as a marketing manager easier.

Are there any areas for improvements?Nothing remarkable, except perhaps for the maddening level of detail that an ordinary mortal wouldn't even notice.
