AI Visibility (GEO), SEO & Performance Marketing — Istanbul
Buyers no longer only search. They ask — ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity — and act on the answer they get. Almost no agency is competing for that surface yet, and that is where we decided to build. We call it AI Visibility (GEO). It is not a slide in our deck: we wrote our own tracker for it, and every week it asks the four major AI engines the questions a real buyer would ask and records whether a brand shows up. Any brand can request a free AI Visibility Report before deciding to work with us. Around that we run the work that pays for itself: SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, marketplace advertising on Trendyol, Amazon and Hepsiburada, social media, and Shopify e-commerce as an official Shopify Partner. Some of what that has produced: a housewares retailer went from three orders in six months to 18X ROAS after we rebuilt their store and wrote custom software to keep 3,000+ products synced in real time; a cosmetics marketplace grew revenue 65% on the same ad budget; a skincare brand moved from 0.8 to 8+ ROAS. Every brand gets a dedicated team — designer, performance marketer and customer success manager — and keeps the same people. Fewer than 5% of our partners leave in a given year. Description Most strategy work fails at the first step: it assumes the problem is the one the client described. Often it is not. A housewares retailer came to us wanting better advertising. Their site had taken three orders in six months and their product feed had never been approved by Google — no campaign was going to fix that, and we said so before talking about media budget. A manufacturer group with five brands asked for five plans; what they needed was one system, because all five shared a production line and the same kind of buyer. So we start with diagnosis rather than a media plan: business goals, buyer and market, what is already running, what competitors are doing, and where the brand stands both technically and inside AI answers. Every engagement begins with a free AI Visibility Report, because that surface is now part of the picture whether a brand is ready for it or not. What you get is a written plan before anything goes live — channels, budget split, KPIs and what success means in actual numbers — and you approve it first. That document is what we manage against, so scope never turns into an argument three months in. Typical scope: market and competitor analysis, channel strategy, budget allocation, measurement architecture, AI Visibility (GEO) roadmap, quarterly review.
Learn more about Digital StrategyDescription The fastest way to improve an ad account is usually not to spend more on it. A cosmetics marketplace grew revenue 65% on exactly the same monthly budget once we rebuilt their product feed, fixed conversion tracking and restructured the campaigns — ROAS moved from 1.7X to 2.8X without a single extra lira of spend. A housewares retailer reached 18X ROAS across Google and Meta, but only after we fixed the store and the catalogue first. A skincare brand went from 0.8 to 8+ ROAS and 1M TRY in daily revenue. The pattern is the same every time: data first, then media. Product feed quality, Merchant Center health, GA4 and Conversion API configured so they actually agree with one another — and only then budget. A campaign spending against broken data will lose no matter how good the creative is. We run Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Shopping, Display), Meta and Instagram, TikTok, and marketplace advertising on Trendyol, Amazon and Hepsiburada, with systematic creative testing rather than one-off launches. We report on revenue and cost per acquisition. Impressions and reach are not results.
Learn more about Online AdvertisingDescription Media planning goes wrong in two predictable ways: agencies plan the channels they are best at selling, and groups with several brands end up bidding against themselves. We saw the second one clearly with a manufacturer group running five brands. Split into five separate plans, the same work would have been done five times, nothing learned on one brand would have reached the others, and all five would have been raising each other's costs on the same audience. Planned as one system — shared audience logic, one budget pool, brand-specific creative — the group reached 12X ROAS. Planning starts from the business rather than the channel: what a customer is worth, how long the buying decision takes, whether the buyer is a person or a company. A manufacturer selling in minimum orders of 1,000 units needs a completely different plan from a consumer store, even when both say they want "more sales". Budget is then allocated by return and moved between channels as results come in — Google, Meta, TikTok, marketplaces, email — instead of being fixed at the start of a quarter and defended for three months. And we will tell you when a channel is not worth adding. That is part of the job too.
Learn more about Media PlanningDescription SEO is changing shape. The page that ranks in Google is now also the page an AI assistant reads when someone asks it for a recommendation — and increasingly that answer is the only thing the user ever sees. We do the classical work properly: technical audits, site architecture, page speed, internal linking, content built around real search intent, and clean structured data. Then we do the part most agencies skip — making that content legible to answer engines, so it gets cited rather than merely indexed. We test this on ourselves first. We migrated our own 150-page site to a new platform without losing a ranking, and our pages are now cited by Perplexity in answers to questions like "recommend an agency for my cosmetics brand" — which is exactly the outcome we build for clients. Typical scope: technical SEO, on-page and content strategy, structured data, local and multilingual SEO, site migrations, and monthly reporting on rankings, traffic and AI citations.
Learn more about SEODescription Most social media contracts are really content calendars: an agreed number of posts per month, delivered on time, measured in followers and reach. That work can be done perfectly well and still not sell anything. We treat social as a commercial channel. Content is produced to be tested rather than just published — hooks that hold attention in the first three seconds, variations run against one another, and the winners moved into paid where they can actually scale. Organic and advertising are planned together instead of by two teams who never speak. For a luxury flower brand that meant rebuilding the visual and verbal language first — from a florist selling a product to a brand selling an emotional experience — then running video and carousel creative against audiences with a demonstrated tendency to buy premium. Daily orders went from 1-2 to 15-20 and the brand grew 1400% in four months. Typical scope: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn; content and creative production including UGC; community management; influencer collaborations; and reporting that connects content to revenue rather than to follower count.
