Stable Craft Brewing is a farm-to-pint destination brewery and cidery in Waynesboro, Virginia, set on Hermitage Hill Farm and Stables, a working horse farm founded in 2006. Visitors come for house-brewed beer and cider, a full restaurant menu, and sweeping Shenandoah Valley and Blue Ridge views. The property doubles as an event venue with multiple spaces including the Saddleback event space and the Blue Ridge Suite, hosting weddings, private parties, and a year-round calendar of brewery events, plus overnight stays on site.
