Ipso provides free access to psychosocial counseling for people living in conflict zones in Syria, Afghanistan, Jordan, and Ukraine. The organization also offers its services to refugees in Germany and those who were expatriated from Germany back to Afghanistan.We partnered with Ipso to deliver a full-scale rebranding solution that enabled Ipso to expand its reach.

What was the objective behind your collaboration?
We are media company that provides English-language content and translations for some of the largest newspapers and magazines in DACH & Europe. We needed a a branding concept that conveys our unique position as a provider of translation services from a journalistic point of view and stress our ability to work on sensitive subjects in a professional manner. We wanted a modern design, but because our clients have existed for decades, we also wanted to be grounded in tradition.
What did you enjoy the most during your collaboration?
It was critical that we hire a vendor capable of creating a brand that reflected the professionalism of our larger clients. Mario and his team was recommended by friends and colleagues, and I was so impressed by their past work that Startling Brands was the only vendor we considered. Their international background allowed them to create a modern brand, effective in multiple national markets, that still honors journalistic tradition.
