StoryWij zijn Studio Winegum, opgericht in 2017 in Amsterdam. Vanuit frustratie over versnipperde systemen en onpersoonlijke klantcontacten besloten we service radicaal anders te organiseren. We zagen klanten die niet herkend werden, content die dubbel verschijnt en medewerkers die in silo's werken. Daarom digitaliseren we de Q&A en ontwerpen we de verbindingen tussen IT, processen, marketing, sales en customer care. In vroege projecten doorbraken we snel silo's door gezamenlijke procesontwerpen en een heldere kennislaag — dat verminderde herhaalcontacten direct. We werken pragmatisch en vliegensvlug: kleine iteraties, directe impact. Ons doel is simpel: blije klanten, lagere kosten en een servicebeleving die bijna geen contact meer vereist.
