Suarez Consultores
Private-infrastructure AI chatbots for WhatsApp and web, built around your own data.
Suárez Consultores is an Argentine agency specialized in custom AI chatbots for businesses that want to automate customer conversations without giving up control of their data. Every chatbot runs on private, dedicated infrastructure (on-premise or private cloud), so your information is never shared with other clients or competitors. The chatbot is trained exclusively on your company's own knowledge base using Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), so answers stay accurate and consistent with your policies and services. It works 24/7 on the WhatsApp Business API and web chat, in Spanish, English and Portuguese, with human handoff, ticketing, real-time reporting, an admin dashboard and integrations through webhooks and APIs. We work with internet service providers, public institutions, healthcare, financial services and insurance, retail and e-commerce, technology companies, and small and mid-size businesses. Our clients include the Buenos Aires Provincial Police Fund, Cosefa and Wiretech. We handle setup, monitoring and technical support, and our solutions follow Argentina's Law 25.326 on personal data protection. 2 people in their team
