StoryWe zijn TallKing Quarter, opgericht in 2018 in Utrecht. Vanuit onze ervaring in zorg en wonen zagen we dat technische oplossingen en samenwerkingsvormen vaak te ver van bewoners staan. Daarom kiezen we voor een onafhankelijke, menselijke aanpak: luisteren, verbinden en samen tastbare oplossingen bouwen. In de praktijk bleek dat een simpel gesprek in de wijk vaak nieuwe inzichten oplevert; wij vertalen die naar duurzame ontwerpen en realistische samenwerkingsmodellen. We combineren kennis uit de zorg- en woonsector met technologische mogelijkheden en partnerschappen om ambities op wijkniveau daadwerkelijk waar te maken, zowel in stedelijke als landelijke programma’s. Onze drijfveer blijft: echte meerwaarde creëren op menselijke schaal.
