StoryWij zijn Team & Co, opgericht in 2012 in Holten. Sinds dag één werken we met teams die voor unieke en complexe opgaven staan in onzekere omstandigheden. Vaak begeleiden we projectteams die bouwen binnen een dynamische bestuurlijke context, managementteams die een organisatie door transitie loodsen of taakteams die hun werkwijze ingrijpend moeten vernieuwen. Onze werkwijze is praktisch en conceptueel: we ontwerpen vernieuwende interventies, toetsen ze in de weerbarstige dagelijkse praktijk en verfijnen ze samen met de mensen die ermee moeten werken.
