StoryWir sind TEAM i, ein Kollektiv, das 2019 in Gelsenkirchen entstanden ist aus der Überzeugung: Innovation lässt sich nicht einfach von außen einkaufen. Darum arbeiten wir nicht als klassische Berater, die fertige Antworten liefern. Stattdessen entwickeln wir mit unseren Kundinnen und Kunden überraschende, intensive Workshop-Formate, die Denkweisen aufbrechen und echtes Mitdenken provozieren. In diesen Tagen bauen wir Räume, in denen Hierarchien sinken, Ideen laut werden und unentdeckte Potenziale sichtbar werden. Unser Antrieb ist die Freude daran, Menschen zu befähigen, selbst kreative Lösungen zu entwerfen — nicht, um sie zu ersetzen, sondern um ihr eigenes Innovationsvermögen freizulegen.
