Positionnement, identité de marque et exécution sont combinés dans quatre programmes à périmètre fixe — Raise (6 semaines), Launch (8 semaines), Rebrand (10 semaines) et Define (2 semaines) — avec un calendrier défini et des livrables précis. Pas de rétainer ouvert. Une marque n'est pas un coût à minimiser : c'est un levier sur une levée ou un lancement. Nous travaillons avec les fondateurs qui l'ont compris.
