Fixed-price development sprints for funded startups and DTC brands
The DaaS Labs is a software development studio in Islamabad, building products for funded startups and direct-to-consumer brands. Work is sold in fixed-price sprints of one or two weeks instead of by the month or the hour. Scope and price are agreed on a 30-minute call with the engineer who will do the work, every price is published on our website, and the median time from that call to the first commit is four days. Clients get a written update every working day, own the IP from day one, and can have the first 14 days refunded. Four labs cover the work: web product development on Next.js and React from $1,150 a week; React Native apps for iOS and Android from $1,600 a week; Shopify Plus, custom checkout and headless commerce from $800 a week; and AI features built on large language models from $2,550 a week. DevOps, UI/UX design and QA are available as add-ons. Recent work includes a marine autopilot app that bridges a MATLAB routing SDK into React Native for SeaRebbel, seven sales channels on one Medusa backbone for Habbal Jewellery, and two Shopify Plus migrations in two months for Pipers Farm, now Edenmoor, who stayed on retainer for 14 months.
