What was the objective behind your collaboration?TEA was appointed after a long search for a partner to deliver on a very complex B2B client needs. Most other possible partners had long lead times and complex processes which didn’t make sense given how we wanted to partner with a mind to solving together.

What did you enjoy the most during your collaboration?The yes - let’s do this attitude. Nothing was too much of a problem. We laughed. We all just got on with what could have been a tricky “back and forth” job.

Are there any areas for improvements?No. Would work with them in a heartbeat.
