What was the objective behind your collaboration?We worked with The Growth Syndicate to improve our growth strategy from first principles. Like sharpening the positioning and achieving an actionable GTM strategy. The goal was to build something that fits where we are going as a company and communicates that much more clearly.
What did you enjoy the most during your collaboration?Definitely the quality of the people. TGS is a bunch of people of the highest quality and in-depth knowledge about growth in the broadest sense of the word. The founders Jolien, Ferdinand and Clem are professionals with a lot of experience and insane track record.
Are there any areas for improvements?Not much to add here. The only thing I would say is that teams like this can probably add even more value when they are involved as early as possible in the strategic thinking.
