StoryWe launched The Inclusion Company in Amsterdam in 2020 because we believed DEI needed to move beyond one-off initiatives and become part of how organizations operate. From day one we partnered with leaders and teams to challenge mindsets and build practical skill sets that create lasting change. Our work is hands-on: diagnosing cultural barriers, redesigning processes, and coaching teams so new behaviours stick. We measure success by systemic shifts — not by reports on a shelf. The early months taught us resilience and the importance of simplicity: practical interventions, aligned systems, and empowered people lead to sustainable business impact. We keep learning alongside our clients and remain obsessed with making inclusion operational and measurable.
