StoryDesde que abrimos en Madrid en 2014, hemos tenido una obsesión clara: las personas. Empezamos como un pequeño grupo interesado en alternativas organizativas y pronto comprobamos que la transformación cultural no es una moda, sino una necesidad concreta. Nos encontramos con equipos que querían innovar pero chocaban con estructuras rigidas; aprendimos a combinar enfoques como Sociocracia, Organizaciones Teal y Agilidad para desbloquear talento y sentido. Cada proyecto nos ha recordado que la tecnología sola no basta: es la conversación, la confianza y el propósito lo que hace que los cambios perduren. Nos moviliza acompañar a organizaciones en ese camino, formando, facilitando y acompañando a personas para que diseñen culturas de trabajo adaptativas, centradas en cliente y empleado.
