StoryWe zijn U-Lab — het Usability Laboratory — en sinds 2002 werken we vanuit Capelle aan den IJssel aan interactieve oplossingen die écht werken. Vanuit nieuwsgierigheid en een flinke dosis pragmatisme bouwden we websites en mobiele applicaties die rekening houden met echte gebruikers, uiteenlopende devices en veranderende schermformaten. In de praktijk betekende dat vaak schrappen, bijsturen en nauw samenwerken met opdrachtgevers: vormgeving, techniek, content en SEO op één lijn krijgen is ons vak. De opkomst van sociale media vroeg om nieuwe integraties en dat dwong ons tot creativiteit. We geloven in maatwerk: geen twee organisaties zijn hetzelfde, dus geen twee oplossingen van ons zijn dat ook.
