What was the objective behind your collaboration?We're a web and ecommerce development studio, so building is our strength, but reaching the right audience is a different discipline. We needed a marketing partner who could turn the platforms we build into real traffic and sales, with campaigns and positioning grounded in data rather than guesswork.

Are there any areas for improvements?Reporting could occasionally go into more granular detail for very technical stakeholders, but their strategy, responsiveness and results are excellent.

The goal was to have a professional website and a consistent presence across social media platforms, starting with Instagram, so that patients could find us, trust us and contact us easily.

What did you enjoy the most during your collaboration?They handled everything — website, social media profiles and visual identity — in a cohesive and professional way. We did not have to coordinate with multiple providers. One team took care of the full digital ecosystem and the result looked and felt consistent across every channel.

Are there any areas for improvements?A more detailed handover guide at the end would have been useful so we could manage the profiles independently from day one. Everything else was excellent.
