What was the objective behind your collaboration?Tо Cargos3D from an idea into, production-ready platform for the logistics industry. We wanted to create something that could take real cargo data, plan how it should be loaded, visualize the result in 3D, help with route and loading decisions, and still be simple enough to use in everyday operations. The project required a lot more than building a website. It involved product strategy, UX, complex logistics logic, 3D visualization, integrations and continuous testing with real-world scenarios.

What did you enjoy the most during your collaboration?What I appreciated most was the level of involvement in the actual product. The team did not just build what was written in a brief. They spent time understanding how logistics teams work, questioned ideas when something could be improved, and kept refining the product based on real use cases. A lot of complicated functionality was turned into something that feels straightforward to use, which was probably the hardest part of the project.

Are there any areas for improvements?Because the project became much bigger and more complex than originally expected, some features went through several iterations before we reached the final version. In hindsight, a few decisions could have been validated earlier (Which is something I am also involved so I can't blame them) , but the iteration process also helped us build a much stronger product.
