StoryWij zijn Working Smart Consultancy, opgericht in 2011 in Blaricum. Vanaf dag één wilden we lokale kleine en middelgrote organisaties helpen om écht slimmer te werken met Office 365. In de praktijk zagen we dat technologie alleen niet genoeg is: gebruikers hebben duidelijkheid, voorbeelden en eenvoudige workflows nodig. Ik herinner me een vroege Teams-uitrol waarbij iedereen terugkeerde naar e-mail; na gerichte coaching, inzet van chat in Teams en het bouwen van eenvoudige PowerApps en Flow-processen veranderde de dynamiek volledig. Die combinatie van technische inrichting, integratie met Office en mensgerichte adoptie is sindsdien ons handelsmerk. We zijn trots wanneer medewerkers minder tijd kwijt zijn en samenwerken eerder plezier dan moeite wordt.
