StoryWe started Wyred because we kept seeing the same problem: companies trying desperately to offer consistent, personal experiences across too many disconnected channels. Founded in 2013 in Madrid, we built a SaaS platform that brings Real Time, personalized Omnichannel Customer Experience within reach for both Marketing and Customer Care teams. Our early days were long nights tuning models and stitching channel data together — but every breakthrough cut friction for customers and saved costs for our users.
