StoryWe started YMI in Paris in 2008 because we believed leadership and transformation must be human‑centred and practical. From day one our international team of specialists set out to work alongside entrepreneurs, executives and their teams across business, public, non‑profit and education sectors. Early on we faced the challenge of adapting the same leadership principles to very different contexts — a municipal service one month, a start‑up the next — and that shaped our flexible, sector‑aware approach. We take pride in helping leaders grow, guiding complex transformations and keeping sight of impact beyond metrics: better organisations, stronger communities, a contribution to a better world.
