Could you introduce yourself and your company?

I am Nicola Sbarin, General Manager and Co-founder of Square Marketing, a digital marketing agency based in Verona, Milan and Dubai. We are skilled in project management and have expertise in balancing performance, design, communication, and strategy.

What challenges did Square Marketing face when opening a new branch?

We faced significant challenges when we opened a new branch of our company in the UAE. Our biggest challenge was to find new clients and establish ourselves in the new market. Though we were an established company in Italy, we pretty much had to start from scratch in the UAE, especially considering we had only one salesperson there.

Sortlist has made our lead generation more predictable and allowed us to optimize every touchpoint in our pipeline, which has increased our conversion rate. On average, we receive 25 opportunities per month, split between Italy and the Middle East. We've seen a good return on our Sortlist investment, with a ratio of 1 to 7 compared to Google, Meta or LinkedIn campaigns. The best part is that we're achieving similar results without extra effort. Furthermore, Sortlist provided us with an opportunity to enter a new market without requiring large investments.
